Welcome to the File Cabinet, a place where you can get all kinds of FREEWARE programs that don't cost you a penny!

NOTICE:
Many of these files have been split into several parts for easier downloading. All the files that are split are named the same except that they have a different number at the end (example: conshtml_1, conshtml_2, etc.). Download all the files that match then unzip them into a tempory directory. After that download the RZSPLIT97.ZIP file. This is the program that you use to join the files back together to create the original program file which is then ready to install. When you install RZSPLIT97 just follow the instructions included with it.

This is a really neat and easy to use HTML editor you can create excellent web sites with. It comes with many wizards such as tables, frames, etc. It also includes 40 javascripts you can use in your web pages. Try it!
